谓语动词的单复数要和主语保持一致。
语法一致

就近原则
谓语由靠近它的名词决定：
- There is a pen and two books.
- There are two books and a pen.
- Either you or he is wrong.
- Neither he nor I am a student.
- Not only you but also he likes it.
就远原则
谓语与前面的主语一致，后跟 as well as, with, together with, along with, including 等时：
- The teacher, together with his students, is going there.
- Tom, as well as his friends, has arrived.
特殊规则
